In those circumstances, the activity, program, class or service fee will be refunded on a pro-rate basis. Participation in any Rec Sports activity may be revoked for violation of law, OSU policy, or as needed for OSU to comply with law or OSU policy. Participants become involved at their own risk and should be prepared to accept this element of risk as part of their participation. Risk is inherent in all recreational activities, programs, classes and services. Such situations require that immediate notification be given to the Recreational Sports Operations and Membership Coordinator. Rec Sports Membership Passes are non-refundable, except in the case of documented injury, illness or relocation. It is the philosophy of the Department of Recreational Sports to be responsible in its commitments to customers and to anticipate equal treatment in return. When a customer initiates action with registration or reservation, the department commits to preparation and delivery of facilities, activities, events, products, and/or services. Refund eligibility and value is determined by purchase type and timing, detailed in Refund & Cancellation Policy. After the day of purchase, a refund processing fee will be charged. The youngest group is limited to family swim and family climb programs with one parent or guardian supervisor per two youth, within arm's reach. Youth access hours are defined for the two youngest groups and require parent or guardian supervision. Youth are defined in three age groups (under 7 years, 8-16 years, and 17-18 years) with progressively greater program access for each. Photos and video for any purpose other than personal use require prior approval from Rec Sports marketing and communications staff. They are permitted in other areas with the permission of all subjects, who must be fully clothed (no additional subjects captured in the background). Personal photos and video are not allowed in locker rooms, bathrooms or pool area. Wear tops (e.g., tank tops, sports bras, t-shirts, sweatshirts) and bottoms (e.g., shorts, leggings, pants, workout bodysuits).
